Fly fishing is a fun, challenging and highly rewarding sport enjoyed by many. As the pictures indicate this is a wonderfully tranquil spot where you can relax and generally soak up the atmosphere. Casting a fly line requires a little more practise than other forms of angling and many newcomers to the sport soon have the desire to catch a trout on a fly they have tied themselves. Our aim at the Chequertree Fishery is to provide the facilities here in Kent where it is possible to escape from the outside world and relax in total tranquillity. For those feeling peckish our purpose built clubhouse is only a short distance away and offers a breakfast / light lunch menu together with take-a-ways and drinks from the bar as well as hot and cold drinks.
