Oakford Farm is a family run fishery set in tranquil surroundings in Nounsley, Hatfield Peverel, Essex, just six miles from the nearest major road. The fishery was built in 1993 by Mick Hardy and was owned and run by him until March 2006. The Fishery is now run by Mick’s daughter Tina and her husband Mark.
We have three lakes at Oakford Farm all are well stocked with carp, tench, bream, golden orfe, roach and rudd. Originally just the small and middle lake were built but due to the success of the fishery, Mick extended the middle lake and incorporated an island. The Top Lake was built in 2002 and has been fishing very successfully for a number of years.
